Island Clean-up – June 12, 2021
After a Covid “break” last year, a hearty team of 16 Island owners completed an Island Clean-up day effort on June 12. Reports received were that again “some interesting things were found” including roof shingles, soda / beer cans and a mangled crab pot. The team leaders, Donna and Dick Reid, also reported it appears owners are picking up misc. trash around the property as they spot it which will help to keep the Island looking attractive. –The Island condo dues will increase by $30/month to $360/month effective 1/1/2021.
–The newly elected board members are: Mark Hannahs-President; Tom Murrill-Vice-President; Carol Ann Bianco-Treasurer / Secretary; Alan Dietrich, Richard Foard, Caroline Pisano and Charlie Zellers-Members.
