Quick update from the Annual Owner Meeting for 2024:

– the monthly condo dues for 2025 will remain the same @ $540 / month

– the 7 board members from 2023 – 2024 were re-elected for 2024-2025.  No change

Attached below are the board meeting minutes from the July 12, 2024 session.  The next (closed) board meeting will be in August to determine the 2025 Proposed Budgets and other Owner Meeting items.  Reminder — the Owner meeting is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 5, 2024 – again to be held at the OC Recreation Center meeting space.
