2016 Storm “Jonas”

Just a quick update — it does not appear The Island suffered any serious damage during the recent weather event.

Some shingles were blown off; the roofer has been contacted to make an inspection and repairs. Additionally some misc. items around the property came loose…lights, exit signs, soffit, downspout plus 1 tree is leaning due to the high winds. The appropriate contractors have been given work orders to make the necessary repairs as quickly as possible.
