2023 Owner Meeting Highlights

The key takeaways from the 2023 Island Owner Meeting are:

With the the adoption of the Proposed budget, the 2024 condo dues WILL INCREASE to $540 per month.  This increase is primarily due to an insurance industry spike in premiums for “properties near water”.  Our annual master insurance policy cost increased 129%…thus the need to significantly raise the monthly owner condo dues.

The current 7 board members were re-elected to the board for the 2023-2024 term.

NO pets (DOGS) at pools

REMINDER —-  NO pets / DOGS are allowed to be in either of the Island pool areas.  This restriction is for both safety and health reasons.  Your compliance is appreciated.
