2016 Owner Meeting highlights

While the 2016 Owner Meeting minutes are being written and soon to be distributed, here are a few key take-aways from this years meeting.

The owner’s approved the proposed 2017 budget thus raising the monthly condo dues to $310 in 2017.

The newly elected board members are:  Mark Hannahs, President; Tom Murrill, Vice-President / Liaison to Mana-Jit; Carol Ann Bianco, Treasurer / Secretary; Al Dietrich, Member; Marie Henderson, Member; Jim Watkins, Member and Charlie Zellers, Member

Effective 2016, the bulk pick-up rate is $20 for 1 item, $30 for up to 3 items and $5 for each additional item.
