2015 Owner Meeting
Starting in January, the monthly condo dues will increase to $300. Please see the attached Owner Meeting cover letter and meeting minutes for full details on all items covered this year. Read Cover Letter.
Board of Director Meeting Dates
REVISED: The next Island Board of Directors Meeting is scheduled for 1pm on November 14th. This meeting will be held in the conference room at 8300 Coastal Highway in Ocean City, MD. A schedule of dates for future board meetings will be published shortly.
2015 Owner Meeting – Update
The board thanks all owners who participated in the 2015 Owner Meeting either in person or via proxy. Full meeting minutes will be mailed to everyone shortly. Until then, below are 2 key updates from this meeting:
- The monthly condo dues for 2016 will increase by $30 / month = $300.
- In the organization meeting helpd after the owner meeting, the 2015-2016 board of director members / roles were finalized as follows:

Board Meeting from July 23rd
The board held a general business conference call meeting on 7/23/15.
Welcome Mana-Jit Property Management
Effective August 1, 2015 Mana-Jit, Inc. Property Management is handling The Island at Hidden Harbour.
John Jensen is the lead Property Manager. He will be the owners primary contact for property concerns, key releases, etc.
Islamorada Parking Lot
Reminder to all owners… The parking spaces immediately adjacent to the Islamorada building are a “limited common element” solely for use by those owners. Owners in other buildings are not permitted to park in this area.
Board Meeting from June 3rd
A conference call board meeting was held to discuss the potential need for additional speed bumps to be installed since the original parking lot project completed.
