June, 2020 Clean-Up day cancelled

While we certainly hope the Covid-19 pandemic gathering concerns will be over by June, the decision has been made not to organize an Island Clean-Up day this year.

2019 Owner Meeting Highlights

Here are the key highlights from this years Owner Meeting.  The Island condo dues will increase by $10/month to $330 effective 1/1/20.   The newly elected board members are: Mark Hannahs, President; Tom Murrill, Vice-President, Carol Ann Bianco, Treasurer / Secretary; John Booze, Al Dietrich, Caroline Pisano, Charlie Zellers-Members.

 

Architectural Guidelines updated-July 2019

The Island Architectural Guidelines have been updated to show the new correct name of the paint used on the Island building exteriors.  It is now Sherwin Williams “Aged White” … replacing Hidden Harbour Creme.  The updated guideline was also added to the History & Resources section on this website.
